Cassandra Fatouros, MBA, LCSW, ACC founded Apropos Coaching & Consulting Group after experiencing the benefit of executive coaching in her own leadership roles. She works with mission driven individuals and organizations to identify solutions that are both relevant and opportune to the work they do. Cassandra works with organizations and individuals to design services and solutions that are personalized to the issues they face. She has extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles with much of her work centered around organizational turnarounds, revenue diversification, strategic growth, and employee engagement. She often sought counsel from consultants and executive coaches in her own work. And she now works with clients to develop creative solutions that foster authenticity, trust, and collaboration in their organizations and leaders, helping to strengthen the culture and maximize performance. Cassandra is a licensed clinical social worker with Masters in Business Administration. She also has her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
